Namibia. That mystical place, home to the oldest desert in the world. What moved me to capture these images is what I hope to portray in these works: a sense of awe, of wonder at our insignificance, both on the timeline of life and the Earth’s history, and in the formation of such wonders as these.

Sossusvlei is a special place, highly photographed, heavily trod, and yet, what is often overlooked are the non-familiar scenes. The vastness of the landscape allows for limitless image-making opportunity.

Printed on German Etching, and framed with glass, these archival prints will be an investment to be enjoyed for generations to come. Each print is inspected, hand-signed and numbered by me.
